just wanted to let everyone know project caliber is in full swing. the head is at the shop getting shaved, just ordered the intercooler and the aem F/IC along with some other parts. next is the turbo kit. im looking to do atleast 450whp but aiming for more. the turbo kit can withstand 600+hp so i should be good. cant wait till r&r

yea i told the guy to have it done by may 1st. im leaving shank to go to BAF on the 21st of april, so ill be home around the end of april. the car should be painted and everything by then so hell ya let me know and ill be there.

sorry rogers, dont think its gonna catch me just yet lol. i just talked to the guy that sells the kit and he said im gonna have to go with the twin in tank fuel pump set up if i wanna run over 485whp. problem is its gonna run me another 1400 for the kit.

Why? You cant just run a inline second pump and set-up a returned system to get there?

i think you are talking the same thing just have to add a secound pump to supply it. thats ok i was told the same thing but my cap is about 850. but mine is only about 500 to upgrade the pump will push it but need bigger rails line and injectors. so i guess mine wont be so bad.

could be a good investment in the end....i know i gotta up injectors on the rollie to see past 425whp everything else is all set and maybe bigger turbo....they say the GT2871r maxes around 425

I could push to 600 on the build i have now on the block but the transmission would start seeing alot of wear after 500whp thats why I kept it around 400whp and right now there are no real upgrades for the 6 spd tranny

well just ordered the kit. its gonna take about a week to fab some of the parts but its a go. the turbo i ordered can push out 650whp and the fuel system can handle 1800hp, looks like im set just gotta put it all togather

i just wanna make the front tires wider not to worried about the back, or maybe i should do both, incase i have to rotate tires. dont know, anyway, i found a stage 3 clutch for the car, goes for about a g but think im gonna get it on the 15th

I second that, seems very high if its just a cltuch. And as for the rubber, would reccommend doing the same size on all four, will play a big roll in handleing and plus like you said being able to rotate you tires is a plus.

well it 1000 with shipping and its a stage 3. so far there the only ones i found that sells one so they can charge whatever, not like i can go anywhere else.
