Re: New kid in school
Thanks alot, I look forward to showing and kicking ass alongside RPM. Well, Carter screwed up my motor, but I do have to say that they were honest and did everything possible to make it better, even tho it took 6 weeks. I now have a newer bottom end and it scored 72 HP more on the dyno than my last!

Re: New kid in school
A twin turbo datsun?? Holy crap! Have fun keeping it glued to the road. My buddy had one with a ls1, he could stomp it at 60 and walk it all over the road. A twin turbo vet is insane, easily capable of 1200 hp. I want 900 and I will be happy, but that another day, and a lot more dollars.

Re: New kid in school
Yeah she will def be hard to keep glued but im thinking with a nice twin setup running small/med snails i should be able to get a quick spool for the track without too much power kicking in mid-bandwidth...yet crank it up later to keep and pass Andy as his rear end explodes lol j/k Andy.
So hopefully between that a possible progressive boost controller 10.5" tires and a LSD i should (should meaning hopefully lol) be ok and if not thats the beauty of boost i can just lower it lol.
Got any pics of the ride?

It's hard keeping such a light car on the ground, my Honda dosnt do bad. The back tires are 10 or 10.5, I can't rember which. Plus I have weight on the back to keep them down. I have an inlinepro rear end and 1000 ho axles, a soon as I can get a map absorb that's worth a damn and a new tune on it, I will be on the track hurting feelings. I have poste about 10 pics on this site, just waiting for administrated to approve them.

Re: New kid in school
Mike its about time you finally came to the site.LOL. Just kidding. Welcome bro and glad to have you interested in the best team in Savannah. Hell you already know that by now.LOL. What other teams you know got invited to be in the Saint Paddies Day Parade. None. That speaks volumes in my book. But I think I just tooted our horn loud enough.LOL. Now to hit the carshow scene hard. There is a show coming up next month. I am looking into it now. I hope they have a track so I can run the quarter. Oh and to the Erics, I finally installed my oil catch can and I have a turbo timer. I am ordering larger injectors, high flow fuel rail and some internal parts so I can get it retuned with a higher boost for more power. I am also getting new headlights and getting all my nicks and scratches fixed with a new paint job. I may add something hot to the paint to really set my car apart. My trunk came together very well. I have my lightning plate installed, PS3 installed, Turbo Camry in chrome on the trunk lid with red LED's lighting it. I am covering it with black and clear plexi. Street Racing Magazine came to the Pig last week and took all kinds of pics of my car, the engine and the trunk. I had like 30 people surrounding my trunk. So Camry is coming together slowly but well. Oh and the ECRM tags on my doors are gone and replaced with our website. FINALLY I know guys. LOL. Well I went off track. So to get back on track Mike Ruble will be a great addition to our team and once we attend a few shows I have a very good feeling that you guys will really like him and that he will get your guys vote. Any news on the Rollie Eric? I can't wait to see the finished product of the Caliber as well. I know both Eric's cars are gonna be beasting down the track/street. I am trying to catch up now that I have a 500hp rated tranny. So I will try to get my car retuned to some where in the 400 range. A giant milestone for the Camry. My fingers are crossed. Welcome to the site Mike and hop in any convo you want. Send the pics of your car to racelinepm@yahoo.com so I can add them to our team myspace and facebook.

Re: New kid in school
Thanks mike, I appreciate the welcome. Im really looking forward to riding/racing/showing with you guys. I have an extensive history with showing, over 60 trophies in 8 years including 30+ first place trophies with three different cars. I love to race, as you will see when I finally get the car tuned right. Just to clear the air, Carter racing DID blow my motor, but in their defense, they have done anything and everything to fix it and mak me happy. Now I have an allmost new bottom end and an extra 72 rwhp. I do recommend going there. I have quite a few sponsors, if you need anything, mishimoto supplies, rims, anything, let me know and I might be able to get you a deal. I look forward to seeing you guys later.

Re: New kid in school
The rollie is doing ok still sitting at Ballistic but talked to scott and he is putting aside time for her this month and in April all that is really left is the diffuser and the ECU and firing it up and tuning her.
lol and finally one of us finally painting our cars lol maybe they will figure out which is which now lol, but yeah she will be ready just ready to see how she does debating if i want a 8 or 9k redline tho....if i do 9k ill have to find a new tach dash only goes to 8 and i got enough guages in there lol.
but im really ready to start on the Z doing all the research and really building the 1JZ will be the most money consuming part.

Okay Mike, pics are sent to the yahoo email. Mike is going to try and get some good pics of the s2k this weekend for me, girlfriend permitting. The car is back in the shop, gettin tuned AGAIN, one day she will be track ready. Where is a good body shop? I really need my front bumper painted, I tried tonier touch up and it took me 3 hours! I hate driving a slammed car. I'm going to ntc next month, so I think shows in April are out of the question.... One of these days..

Re: New kid in school
Wow! That was a quick and helpful response. I'm not really looking for anything wild, right now I can afford what I want. I want the new lexus pearl, but right now my bank account is telling me to repaint the bumper and be happy. I was thinking about rino lining the whole exterior of the car? Don't have to worry about waxing it, or rock chips, and who in the world has a rino lined s2k??
